Booking Process
Once you have filled out the 'Free Quote - Select Your Vehicle' box on the left hand side of the page, you will be able to access all the suitable vehicle options for your needs. From there you will see images, feature lists and full descriptions of each vehicle, along with their terms and conditions. Take your time and select a vehicle that best suits your needs! Then simply select the 'Get A Quote' button to the right of your selected vehicle.
Your request will go direct to a real person rather than an automated service! We guarantee that you will receive your quote within 24 hours of your request! Please be sure to check your junk mail if it seems that you have not heard from us within that 24 hour period and let us know so that we can resolve any problems that may arise from email filters.
When you receive your quote, feel free to contact us with any questions or clarification. Then, when you are ready to book, email us and let us know that you are ready to proceed. Your booking should be made at least a couple of months prior to your trip to ensure vehicle availability! If it is a busy time of year in Africa, like Christmas or peak travel season (May - Oct), you should let us know even sooner than that!
Once you have let us know that you want to book, we will first confirm vehicle availability for your dates of travel. We will then email you back confirming arrangements and describing the payment requirements of your particular vehicle company. All vehicle companies have differing requirements for deposits and payment terms so don't be surprised by the widely varying terms! After this email, we will send a link to our secure online payments page.
Our vehicle deposits are paid through PayPal, which provides a completely verified and secure online payment system, from where you can pay by Visa, Mastercard or bank. All prices will be quoted in South Africa Rand (ZAR), however, PayPal does not recognise the Rand as one of its trading currencies, so the amount will be converted from ZAR to either American dollars, British Pounds, Euros or Australian dollars (depending on your country of origin).
Once the deposit is received, we will book the vehicle immediately, then forward you the booking reference number and details for remaining vehicle payments. All deposits are non refundable, however, we are more than happy to hold that money for you and transfer it to a later date if your travel plans change.
After the vehicle has been booked, we will follow-up with you when each of your remaining payments are to be made. In this way, you will be fully aware of any important dates prior to your holiday!
